Supervisor:
Bonnie Mondragon, LPC-S, RPT-S
License #68484
“My focus is to provide a safe place for children, teens and families to come and experience the inner-healing of the heart and mind that results in transformed lives.”
Briana borrows from a number of different theories to inform her sessions to help accomplish your goals, while always seeking to be guided by love and respect for each client and their family.
She earned her bachelor’s degree in Philosophy from Texas A&M (whoop!) with highest honors, Summa Cum Laude. After spending time on opposite sides of the career spectrum, as a 2nd grade teacher and then a computer programmer, she attended Amberton University to complete a masters in professional counseling.
Briana is inspired by Jesus’ words: Let the little children come to me, and do not hinder them, for the kingdom of heaven belongs to such as these. During her practicum internship at a Christian private practice, she learned spiritual techniques for disorders such as those related to trauma, depression and anxiety. These services are available upon request.
When not in play with children at the office, Briana can be found in play with her own littles — Finn, Fern & Felicity — or at the lake in a kayak with the whole family.
