Brittany Metzler

Brittany Metzler-Graduate Student Intern
“ Everyone deserves a supportive environment to navigate big feelings. Children and Adolescents thrive when they are taught to understand, identify, and regulate their emotions. By fostering these skills early, we equip them with the tools necessary to navigate life’s challenges with resilience and self-awareness.”
