Sarah is a dedicated therapist passionate about supporting children, teens, young adults, and families.
Sarah’s journey into mental health began during her two years as an elementary school teacher, where she saw firsthand the critical need for mental health support in schools. Inspired to make a more significant impact, Sarah pursued a career in clinical psychology, focusing on empowering young people and their families to overcome challenges and thrive.
Sarah has experience working with children and adolescents, specializing in addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, impulse control, and self-esteem. She employs Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and child-centered approaches to create a supportive and collaborative environment tailored to each individual’s needs. With experience in both the school system and non-profit settings, Sarah deeply understands the unique challenges children and families face in diverse circumstances.
Sarah enjoys cooking, traveling, Pilates, exploring new restaurants, and going on nature walks.
