Job Trahan

“My goal in therapy is to create an environment that fosters growth and resilience, where children and adolescents feel supported as they develop into the best version of themselves.”

Job Trahan is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling graduate student at the University of St. Thomas and holds a B.S. in Psychology from Duke University. He works with children, adolescents, and families, using a holistic, strengths-based approach that honors the connection between mental, emotional, and physical well-being.

Job’s style is warm, collaborative, and practical. He focuses on helping clients better understand themselves, build resilience, and develop skills they can use beyond the therapy room. He has experience supporting youth with emotional regulation, anxiety, behavioral concerns, identity development, and life transitions, and values working closely with caregivers to support growth at home and school.

Some of my hobbies include spending time with family and friends, exercising, building Legos, painting, and watching tv!
