“My goal is to create a comfortable space where all clients and families are met with empathy, compassion and safety. In doing so, the therapeutic experience is geared towards the hope of lasting behavioral change, security of self, and improved relationships.”

Rebecca is a counselor who is passionate about identity empowerment, healing from trauma, and helping children grow in impulse control. Her background in physical health and wellness has also given her the desire to care for people from a holistic approach — mind, body, and soul. Based on the patient’s needs, Rebecca implements Adlerian, CBT, or a Child-Centered approach.
